As recommended by SAMSA South African Maritime Safety Association SAKFA South AFrican Kayak Fishing Association and all Kayak Fishing Clubs in South Africa. These Pencil flares carry a maximum expiry date of 3 years from date of manufactureand should be renewed before that date. Although the Kayak Pencil Flares carry a 3 year guarantee they should be checked before every launch and changed as necessary. I would recommend you keep them vacuuum packed and stored in a waterproof container.
Suitable for Kayaks, Jetskis, and all Category E vessels in South Africa & Mozambique.
